There are many false religionists — specifically tolerant Calvinists — who are very fond of feigning humility and love, by telling us that they do not judge a person. At the same time they are telling us this, they are in fact judging a person by making a so-called “charitable” judgment regarding an antichristian confession (1 John 2:22, 4:3) that comes from a particular person’s mouth. They say that those who confess the antichristian confession that Jesus died for everyone without exception are saved persons.
Oozing with false humility, say they:
“Far be it that we should judge any man. We (unlike you) are not of a censorious spirit, but generous and benevolent in our hopes of all. We can venture to hope that the tree is good, even when the fruit is corrupt: that is, that a good man, a regenerate man, may confess and thus manifest the corrupt fruit of salvation conditioned on what the sinner does or is enabled to do.”
This of course, is so far from true Biblical humility, benevolence, and charity, as darkness from light. Well did Isaiah say to the false religionists of his day regarding their satanic swap of the truth for the lie, of worshipping the creature rather than the Creator, of calling the false gospel of salvation conditioned on the sinner “good”, and calling the true gospel of salvation conditioned on Christ alone “evil.”
“Woe to those who say to evil, good; and to good, evil; who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! (Isaiah 5:20)
One reason that these aforementioned false religionists (e.g., tolerant Calvinists) are so zealous in making these unrighteous judgments concerning those who confess the lie of salvation conditioned on the sinner, is because this zeal of theirs is not according to knowledge.
They are woefully ignorant of whose righteousness guarantees and demands salvation. They are ignorant of the fact that salvation is conditioned on the righteousness of God, and thus they necessarily think that salvation is conditioned on their own righteousness which they are going about to vainly and wickedly establish (Romans 10:1-4).
And since they think that salvation is conditioned on the supposed righteousness that they establish by being enabled to meet the supposed condition of “instrumental-non-meritorious faith”, they are not submitted to the righteousness of God (Romans 10:2-3).
They are not submitted to the righteousness of God, for they do not believe that Christ met the righteous penal and preceptive demands of God’s Law on behalf of everyone whom He represented in His life, death, and resurrection. They deny the truth put forth in Romans 8:4, “that the righteous demand of the Law might be fulfilled in us.” They deny this by affirming that:
“although Christ did not die with the design of saving all, yet he did suffer the penalty of that law under which all were placed, and he does offer the righteousness thus wrought out to all” (A.A. Hodge, Outlines of Theology, p. 421).
According to Christ-hating Hodge, righteousness was supposedly fulfilled and “wrought out” to all without exception. A blatant contradiction of Romans 8:4. A.A. Hodge confesses what he and his satanic brethren believe:
“They admit also that Christ did in such a sense die for all men, that he thereby removed all legal obstacles from the salvation of any and every man, and that his satisfaction may be applied to one man as well as to another “if God so wills it” (p. 416).
Now why does A.A. Hodge want to remove  the “legal obstacles” of the Law of God out of the way of “any and every man”? Hodge wants the impossible condition of salvation by the establishing of a righteousness that answers the demands of God’s Law removed in order to have easier terms (conditions) of salvation that can be met, or be enabled to be met by the sinner. Hodge, and those who believe like him, are not subjected to the Law of God. They (Hodge, et al) would probably condemn the “Arminian theory” of the atonement, yet I don’t see how they can consistently do this in view of their own version of the atonement with its easier terms and conditions.
 Even if Hodge “on paper” only has an “hypothetical removal of legal obstacles” in mind (which would only mean an “hypothetical sin-bearing” and not a “real sin-bearing on behalf of the non-elect), this “hypothetical” becomes “real” in the preaching. And thus the heretic A.A. Hodge preaches as if election and reprobation were not true, and preaches as if Christ died for the non-elect when He most certainly did not.
“because the mind of the flesh is enmity towards God; for it is not being subjected to the Law of God, for neither can it be” (Romans 8:7).
Another reason why the false religionists will not judge righteous judgment is because their concern is for a “salvation” of sinful man at the expense of the glory of God. They will dishonor and desecrate all of God’s redemptive attributes just so long as they and their satanic brethren are “saved.” And thus, what these false religionists are really showing to those who confess a false gospel is not true charity since true charity flows from a love of and rejoicing in the truth (1 Corinthians 13:6 contrasted with 2 Thessalonians 2:10).
From a correspondence a while back (around 2005?) with Sean Gerety I learned that he did not show concern, but indifference toward whether a false gospeler is saved or not, or whether this said person will be eternally happy or eternally miserable hereafter. Sean’s indifference (as well as many other lost Calvinists) is diametrically opposed to the loving concern showed by the Apostle Paul (see Romans 9:1-3, 10:1).
As Marc has pointed out in various articles and sermons, judging has a lot to do with evangelical repentance. That is, if someone claims that they were saved while believing a false gospel of salvation conditioned on the sinner, they will not judge those who believe a similar false gospel as themselves to be lost (compare Galatians 1:8-9 with Philippians 3:1-19). Instead, they will call them saved, and claim a humble, generous, non-censorious and non-sectarian spirit as the reason.
But in reality, this is NOT true humility at all. It is simply an artifice for self-defense — self-defense of the LIE of salvation conditioned on the sinner. False, tolerant religionists are often cautious of condemning others, NOT from benevolence or humility towards them, but out of “mercy” to themselves, not being willing to involve themselves in the same condemnation by sharing in the evil deeds of others (Jeremiah 6:14, 8:11; 2 John 9-11). They must “spare” others, in order to “spare” themselves. The tolerant Calvinists do not wish to judge Arminians lost lest they also judge themselves lost.
But ironically, by judging Arminians saved they are saying that they believe the same gospel the Arminians do and thus are sharers in the evil deeds of the Arminians (Jeremiah 6:14, 8:11; 2 John 9-11).
